Issac Samuel

Plant: Boone County, IN (Visual Arts)

I am Issac Samuel, a junior at West-Windsor Plainsboro High School South.
My artistic journey commenced with inspiration drawn from Princeton University Art Museum, prompting me to engage in sketching during my downtime. The inspiration has since been used for giving back to the community by crafting and distributing 100 Christmas cards for the Heartillery Group, as well as designing and creating 110 unique Christmas cards for senior citizens. The objective is to spread joy and ensure that active service members and veterans never experience a sense of loneliness or underappreciation.
For the last three years, I have dedicated myself to artistic refinement through my involvement with BacktoBach. This experience has played a pivotal role in honing my skills as an artist, contributing to my growth and proficiency in the field.
In addition, my commitment to the arts extends beyond my individual pursuits. I am an active member of SAASA (South Asian American Student Association), a school club where we collectively learn and orchestrate cultural dances for public presentation. I am also an active musician as I play the alto Saxophone and Baritone Saxophone.
